The Service Delivery Coordinator manages multiple projects for selected customer accounts ensuring contract adherence, on time delivery, flawless execution and industry leading customer service.

This position will coordinate the required job activities while working with other segments of the organization to ensure Baker Hughes executes each job in line with customer and Baker Hughes expectations and contract terms and conditions.

This role can be challenging at times but also very rewarding!

As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for :

Working in a manner that promotes safety of our personnel and the environment.

Reviewing and understanding customer contracts and requirements.

Coordinating all aspects of each job from ordering equipment to final invoice.

Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.

Communicating with customers, vendors, and other service providers for scheduling.

Working closely with account managers to meet customer expectations and provide technical support.

Managing inventory and stocking strategies to ensure on-time deliveries.

Creating and communicating job instructions to all parties involved..

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have :

High School Diploma

2 years' experience in Completions, 5 years preferred

Great Communication Skills, both oral and written (fluent in English)

Good Computer Skills (experience with SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office)

Self-Motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Great Organizational Skills

Preferred prior experience includes roles such as : coordinator, field / applications engineer, field supervisor, project manager
